It is also useful in the shower if you like an abrasive soap, the grounds are perfect for exfoliation of dead skin and improving circulation. Ingredients: spring water, organic coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, beeswax, vitamin E, lye (always needed to make soap), organic and fairly traded coffee gounds, rosemary herb, organic lemon, sweet orange, and organic Ylang Ylang essential oils.
